Webinar: Building Resilience – All Hands on Deck: Directing and Leading Staff at a Moment of Crisis

Greater Public, Public Media Journalists Association, Public Radio Program Directors, and Current are partnering on a bi-weekly webinar series called “Building Resilience,” aimed at identifying and analyzing ways that stations can be resilient through the COVID-19 crisis.

Join fellow public media professionals for the first webinar in the series, “All Hands on Deck: Directing and Leading Staff at a Moment of Crisis.” KUT’s Debbie Hiott and KERA’s Nico Leone will discuss how their stations reorganized their resources to serve their local communities during the pandemic. Stations around the system will also share their stories and experiences as part of this collaborative learning session.

This webinar series is applicable to most public media professionals and will focus on content production, organizational management, community engagement, and revenue generation. It will build on the Local That Works project funded by the Wyncote Foundation.
