Part Time Development Assistant

Description

1. Using proprietary software including Marketron and Blackbaud accurately update membership records and/or underwriting contracts. 
2. Assists in planning, implementing and evaluating of underwriting membership-related special events and activities. Helping the Development Director, Membership Director, Promotion and Events Manager and Account Managers.
3. Help create and update presentation materials for WVPE, as necessary. Help enter schedule orders in Marketron, write sample campaign schedule for clients, write underwriting scripts, help contact clients, donors and members for service, some sales and presentations both as printed, in emails, on the phone and in person. 
4. Approximately 20 hours per week.
