Description
KBUT Community Radio in Crested Butte, Colorado, seeks an Executive Director. The Executive Director acts as the Business manager for the station. Previous leadership, supervisory, human resources and administrative experience required, preferably with a non-profit community or public radio station. Must be able to create a budget, analyze and interpret financial statements. Familiarity with The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) federal grant application process is a plus. Development and/or fundraising experience preferred and comfort with QuickBooks is helpful. Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 depending on experience, health insurance, paid vacation, sick & personal days, holidays and flextime. KBUT is an equal opportunity employer.
