Description
KRWG Public Media, a joint licensee serving beautiful southwest New Mexico seeks a Director of Broadcast Operations to provides strategic direction and leadership over Engineering and Operations.
The Director of Broadcast Operations oversees all aspects of technical operations including origination, transmission, budgetary coordination and execution, interpretation of financial reports; coordinate, compile and submit appropriate filings with the FCC, CPB, PBS, NPR, the State of New Mexico and other entities, budget preparation, financial record keeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience related to the standard duties as outlined or any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as approved by Human Resource Services.
